The three sets of outfits created represent the ongoing clash between politics, religion, and bureaucracy in Jerusalem. They introduce the viewer to the realm of the absurd which manifests itself as semiotics of individuals and the social organism they construct through religious pluralism, a hybrid religion and a never-ending struggle for survival and validity; through bureaucratic eccentricity, the individual depending on a system and his Sisyphean existence within it; and through political kitsch, the loss of meaning and individual existence within the social construction.
